Welcome to SoulForm Yoga
Where Movement Meets Mindfulness
About SoulForm Yoga
I’m Becca Wallis, a yoga teacher passionate about creating meaningful experiences that support connection — to your body, your breath, your mind, and to others. I teach a Vinyasa-style yoga, weaving together mindful movement and breath to create a practice that is both grounding and energizing. To me, yoga is more than a physical practice — it’s a way of coming home to ourselves. It’s an invitation to slow down, to feel, to listen, and to grow. I offer both group classes and one-to-one sessions, creating space for you to explore your practice in a way that feels personal, supportive, and aligned with where you are. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your journey, my intention is to hold a space where you feel seen, safe, and fully welcome.Above all, my teaching is rooted in community, presence, and compassion. On the mat, we move — but more importantly, we connect — to ourselves, and to each other.
About Me

Becca Wallis
When I started yoga 13 years ago, it was all about the physical - strength, alignment, form. But over time, I discovered it's so much more than that. Yoga isn't about the perfect poses; its about using movement to come into the body, quiet the mind and reconnect. It's a chance to slow down, create space and breath in a world that rarely pauses. I started SoulForm Yoga with a vision to build a community for everyone, where we can move mindfully and with joy always. I am a 200hr RYT and Registered Nurse. I love a powerful practice that challenges and takes us to our edge but with lots of modifications and options to ensure everyone is empowered.
